MELTIVO proudly guarantees the quality of its products with a ONE (1) YEAR limited warranty, which covers heating components and the battery pack starting from the date of purchase against material and workmanship defects.

WARRANTY BENEFITS

In the event that a defect is identified, MELTIVO is committed to addressing the issue promptly. The seller reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action in addressing any defects. We will either repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you with respect to your wishes and preferred course of action when applicable. Please be aware that items that have undergone repair or replacement are warranted only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Please be aware that wear and tear of the garment, including fabric, zippers, and other accessories, are not covered under this warranty. MELTIVO and its manufacturer will not assume liability for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including water damage, arising from the use of our products, whether or not such products fall within the scope of this warranty. Damage to the heating system and components resulting from misuse, failure to follow washing instructions, flooding, accidental fires, unauthorized servicing, or negligence will void the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not extend to products used for commercial purposes.

Any personal customization, such as embroidery or alterations to the heated clothing, not authorized or performed by MELTIVO, will invalidate the warranty.

HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM

The determination to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of a product under warranty is at the discretion of MELTIVO. During the warranty period, you may be required to ship the product back to us, and you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees.

If you do not receive an email response from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us by phone within the business hours stated on the website.
