Europe and Canada:

Please note that mentioned timeframes are an estimate and they may vary based on factors such as order volume, carrier, shipping address and could take up to 14 business days.
For orders outside the US, actual delivery dates may vary depending on customs procedures and other factors in your destination country. In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their respective countries.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you wish to change or cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us promptly. After submitting your order you have 30 minutes to cancel it or change the delivery address by contacting us via email at support@meltivo.com or phone (989) 465-5550.
Once your order has entered our warehouse processing phase, we regret to inform you that no further alterations can be accommodated.
Please be aware that orders that have already been prepared for shipment or have been dispatched are ineligible for cancellation.
We will inform you about the outcome of your request or provide any additional instructions and guidance through email at support@meltivo.com within 24 hours of your request.
TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
