Return & Refund Policy

 

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can get a return/refund 30 days from the date the order was delivered, simply get in touch with us via email at support@meltivo.com, with your order number, full name, and product feedback.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

All items eligible for a refund must be in new condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, odors, or other signs of wear. Additionally, the items must include their original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned in a non-resalable condition will only be eligible for a partial refund or, in extreme cases, may be returned to the sender. Items must be returned as a tracked package, and customers are required to provide us with the tracking number. We do not accept returns of items that have slightly different colors than depicted on our webpage, as it may happen due to individual display settings and variations in monitor calibration.

The seller reserves the right to decline or determine the eligibility for refunds in cases where items are damaged, have missing parts, are not in their original condition, or exhibit clear signs of use that cannot be attributed to an error on the part of MELTIVO. Refunds may be granted up to a maximum of 50% of the item's purchase price in such situations.

Customers assume the responsibility for any return shipping fees incurred during the return process. Return shipping labels are not provided by us.

REPORTING SHIPPING DAMAGE

In the event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (1-year limited warranty on all items). Each order is eligible for a total of 1 replacement over the warranty period granted by the seller. Under the circumstances when replacement consumable parts- batteries, cables, papers, etc., are already provided, additional restrictions may apply. REFUND METHODS

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, whether it's a credit card or PayPal account, used for placing the order. Refunds are applicable to the first order only, additional orders placed within a 30-day period are not eligible for refunds unless all items are returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, it can take 10 business days to be processed in the system from our warehouse; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

***Note:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING CHARGES

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by our agent due to special circumstances.

BULK AND/OR BUSINESS TO BUSINESS ORDERS

Exchanges are available for physically damaged goods only. No refunds are available.

Should there be any damage, please inform us about it within 7 days from the delivery date, replacements will be granted a return of the goods is required.

 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

In the event of delayed or missing refunds, kindly follow these steps:

Initial Verification: Please ensure to review your bank account statement thoroughly to confirm whether the refund has been processed.

Contact Credit Card Company: It is advisable to reach out to your credit card company, as there may be a brief delay before the refund is formally reflected on your statement.

Bank Processing Time: Banks often require some time to process refunds, so it's recommended to contact your bank for additional information.
